 The buyer of your home will most likely, overpay for the home (and be glad they did). If you’re not offended by allowing me to sell your home for more than it’s probably worth, we’re a good fit.

Should I make repairs or remodel the house BEFORE putting it on the market?

No. Don't listen to real estate reality television shows or poorly trained real estate agents. You'll LOSE more money by fixing it up. Would you put new tires on your car before selling it? Of course not.  

Am I stuck in a contract if I'm unhappy?

Absolutely not. I guarantee you'll be happy with the results of my bidding war system. If you're not, feel free to exit and hire somebody else! I've never been fired, so please don't be the first.
